This week in the series sees the mesmerizing work of Drake Forsyth. Trance-inducing; the Seattle DJ has an uncanny knack for gradually putting the listener into a euphoric daze - comparable to descending slowly into warm honey. Yielding brief moments to come up for air, the set’s emphasis leans in to the hypnotic - the changes and transitions delicate. He takes his time, and masterfully so.
Forsyth is one of the contributing members to Bottom Forty, an outstanding label, party, and mix series - integral to the city’s underground scene. Additionally, he is launching a new late night party in 2019, Milk Market, in collaboration with another local talent, thEO.
